FAQs
Q) I have seen a photo with me in it on one of your agency sites. Please can you take it down?
A) No
Q) There is a photo you took of me on one of your agency sites from a red carpet from long ago, but I don't like my hairstyle any more. Please can you take it down?
A) No.
Q) I have seen a photo of me with an ex-boyfriend/girlfriend on one of your agency sites. Please can you take it down as it brings back bad memories.
A) No, just try not to look at it.
Q) Please can I use one of your photos on a website or article? You will be credited.
A) You can use it but you have to licence (buy) it. I need money to live, not publicity. I am not a slave and I do not work for free.
Q) Please can you send me the photos you took of me at the event the other night?
A) If you want the photos you have to licence (buy) them from either my agency or myself. Sorry, but no free images. If I am not strict about this I just end up spending my time being a volunteer photographer for the rich and famous and that won't help buy me food and pay my bills. I can literally photograph hundreds of people each day and obviously I cannot be spending my time individually sending everyone free photos, so I have to have this policy. If you are famous enough you should find them in the online press anyway.
Q) You took some photos with me in it but you don't have my permission. Please remove them.
A) I don't legally need your permission.
